| Here's my repeating problem. My websites are regularly unavailable. When I notice they've gone down I raise a support ticket. Somewhere between 4 and 6 hours later I get a reply saying "it's working now".
There is never any attempt to investigate, My sites are up and down and they just don't care. As long as it's up when they check 4-6 hours later they think everything is fine.
And they also say that MySql is provided "as a favour" and doesn't count towards their uptime guarantee. Unbelievable.
